What to include
- The work you own or are authorised to represent.
- The URL of the material on designcourse.in.
- A description of the alleged infringement.
- A good-faith statement and confirmation that the notice is accurate and you are authorised to act.
Review process
Once delivery is available, notices will be reviewed and material removed where the claim has merit, with an opportunity for a counter-notice.
